Northern Plastics' new line of 81-X and H-78 nylon sprockets provide users with a wide range of applications from a minimal amount of stock. These sprockets are cast from super strong Nylon and because each sprocket is split, they can be fitted with either Northane 75DM self-lubricating bearing inserts in a range of bore sizes from 1 7/16 to 2 15/16 inches or cast ZA12 keyed drive hubs in either 1 15/16 or 2 7/16 inches. Metric sizes of 50 or 60mm are also available in both idler and drive configurations. Available in 9, 12, 13 and 14 tooth profiles from stock, a small investment in inventory can be made to cover a wide range of applications.
